Carolina Fois (Milan, 1978) is a landscape architect and urban designer. After obtaining her diploma in painting at Milano’s Castello Sforzesco Art School, she graduated with a degree in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano in 2005. That same year, she specialized in Landscape Architecture at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure du Paysage de Versaille (CESP).
From 2002 to 2004, she regularly collaborated at the Press House Editoriale Lotus, as a member of the editorial staff of Lotus international and Navigator.
Since 2005, she has lived in Paris, where she works as a landscape architect on public and private projects at a range of varying scales. In 2008 she founded her own studio. Her work encompasses landscape and urban design, architecture, temporary installations and research.
In 2012 she co-founded ‘FORR’ a landscape design firm, with Stephane Remillet and Fréderic Roussel, to provide ideas, resources, knowledge and innovative perspectives to conduct a wide range of projects.
