Rob Giampietro directs Google's Material Design team in New York. From 2010–15 he was Principal at Project Projects, where he led interactive and identity projects for clients in art, architecture, and the cultural sector. Project Projects won the National Design Award in Communication Design in 2015. Rob Giampietro was also recognized with a 2013 MacDowell Colony Fellowship. A frequent lecturer and contributor to publications on design and visual culture, Rob has been a senior critic at RISD's MFA Graphic Design program since 2006.
